Shown above the Wayne Enterprises 1/24th scale 80' Elco Semi-kit features a 40" X 10 1/2" hand lay-up white fiberglass hull with sheer band structure molded on the hull and the 103-196 Chart House and Day Room. A plan of PT-184 drawn by Wayne Traxel features Profile and Overhead View of this craft in April 1945 and is based on photos and info provided by former Crew member Rich Malecki.
Shown above is a Wayne Enterprises, Higgins, 1/24th scale. Semi-kit features a 39.5" X 10.5" hand lay-up white fiberglass hull, finished at gunwales so no trimming is necessary. This kit also features fiberglass Charthouse and turret lockers. Also included is a 1/24th scale deck assembly plan featuring deck structural patterns, layout and assembly instructions and a profile and overhead plan by Wayne Traxel, showing PT-79's gunboat appearance in January 1945 and is based on information provided by 79's former crew members, Maurice Smith.
